[Siren Classic Erotic Futuristic Romance, M/F]
How hard can it be to deliver medicine to sick children on the other side of the universe? Sarah is about to find out it's a whole lot harder than it sounds. Captured by pirates, she meets Captain Jordan Bowman, and the man's reputation precedes him. He's supposed to be cunning and ruthless, so why are Sarah's instincts telling her to trust him?
Jordan has a big problem. Stealing the medicine from Sarah's ship is the only way to get it to the children without government interference, but now he's not sure what to do with the pretty courier with a fiery temper. A pirate ship is a dangerous place for a woman, and he has no idea how he's going to protect her from his crew.
Under the threat of mutiny, and in the middle of an intergalactic conspiracy, can Jordan and Sarah find a solution and each other?
"I love romance and sci-fi and this story was heaps of fun to write an intergalactic space courier with an interesting past, a yummy pirate captain with his own secrets and a plethora of other humanoid species and planets just waiting to be explored. How could I resist?" ~Rachel~
Note This book contains anal sex.
A Siren Erotic Romance
Sarah Pirate Siren Publishing Classic edition by Rachel Clark Literature Fiction eBooks
I grew up a Star Trek fan, and had a special affinity for the episodes and fanzines with a little romance in them. Maybe that's because I'm curious about what the future holds for human sexuality--will we continue with the same model that's populated the Earth for centuries, or will contact with aliens and other ways of life change our norms? For this reason, erotic sci-fi appeals to me, and this book fits the bill. Its size is appealing, the characters sexy, and Sarah is a cussing, feisty heroine of the future (I suspect she and Janeway would get along great)! The writing style is fluid and smooth, and the sex scenes (of which there are plenty) sizzle. The hero, Jordan, is hot and also adds a touch of humor. My favorite line: "He'd honestly expected her to kick him in the [male parts] and laugh as they turned blue. He supposed that they'd both misread each other." Romance ensures! A great, quick read for those who like their sci-fi spicy, with a tightly constructed plot to move it along.Product details
